May 27th & 28th 8am - 3pm, Return packets & Chromebooks

On Wednesday, May 27th or Thursday, May 28th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., please return learning packets and other items such as textbooks, library books, Chromebooks, chargers, cases, and Kajeet hotspots.  During this time, Kindergarten through 6th grade students will also pick up their Summer Reading Packet and book along with any personal possessions left in the classroom.
Sixth Grade students will return Packet #3 on May 27th or 28th. Sixth Grade Chromebooks will be returned on June 5th during their assigned drive-through time.

Free Breakfast & Lunch Available @ KMES During Closure

While school is closed, free grab and go breakfasts and lunches for students up to age 18 will be made available. The meals will be distributed through pick-up lines outside of school at all locations. Breakfasts will be distributed 8-9 a.m. and lunches 11 a.m.-1 p.m. In the effort to support social-distancing practices, the meals cannot be consumed on-site. Beginning Thursday, food will be delivered along normal bus routes.

Kajeet HotSpot

Fairfield County School District is excited to announce an expansion to its Digital Learning Initiative, which will enable students to request a Kejeet SmartSpots to use at home. Students are expected to properly utilize the device for educational purposes, in adherence to the Acceptable Use Policy. Parents are urged to contact the school's media specialist to learn more about the Kajeet SmartSpot. Devices are available for students in grades 3-12.
