Greetings KMES Royal Tiger Family!!
My name is Felicia Hill and I serve as your Parent Liaison
here at Kelly Miller Elementary School. I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and I currently
reside in Columbia, SC. I received my undergraduate from Tennessee State University in
Nashville, TN and my Masters from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, GA. I
have 5 years teaching experience and I joined the Kelly Miller family in 2020. As the Parent
Liaison it is my job to bridge the gap between home, school and the Winnsboro community to
ensure that our parents get the information that is needed to help our scholars achieve
“Academic Excellence with a Growth Mindset.” Parents feel free to contact me if you have any

KMES' Parent Liaison,
Parents and Community Members are always welcomed to visit our Parenting Room. The Parenting Room is well stocked with a variety of parent resources such as school uniforms and school supplies that are available to use on site. Please contact the Parent Liaison at (803) 635-2961 ext. 30030 or [email protected] for more information. The Parenting Room is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
